Dave,

I am going to make a suggestion that if possible we try to get Rudi Webster, the very renown sport psychologist, to be interviewed on the podcast. Everything this man touches turns to gold. I just found out that he was the sport psychologist at the Kolkata Knight Riders, which just won the IPL. He seems to have the recipe for turning players and teams around. The Knight Riders were the whipping boys of the IPL for the past few seasons, so this is quite a turnaround. Also he has been associated with West Indies cricket for a long time. Has written a very good book as well.
