Middleton Cricket Club (Sussex) is looking for a coach to join them for the 2016 cricket season. You will be required to lead practices, organise and run warm ups, motivate players and assist the players in game strategies and techniques.

Essential Duties

•     Organise and direct team and individual practice activities on Senior training evenings with input from 1st X1, 2nd X1 & 3rd X1 captains.
•     Organise and direct 1st X1 team warm ups at all League and Cup fixtures.
•     Encourage a professional environment that has the balance of discipline and enjoyment.
•     Encourage a team culture of players working together, enjoying each other’s success and working through disappointment as a team/club.
•     Assist 1st X1, 2nd X1 & 3rd X1 captains with settings goals for players throughout the season.
