CRICKET JOBS: ACO Administrator - ECB (UK)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES...
- To be responsible for the efficient administration of ECB ACO:
- Provide administrative assistance to the Head of ECB ACO
- Provide administrative assistance to ECB ACO Executive Team, and ECB ACO Board
- Manage diaries, meetings, travel and accommodation.
- Notify all Board members of Board meetings
- To be responsible for all matters relating to meetings of the Board and its Sub-Committees, including the production and distribution of the minutes.
- Liaise with Project Officer to set and circulate meeting agendas
- Provide reports from all Sub-Committees to the Board.
- Manage all ECB ACO general correspondence including telephone calls & e mails.
- Work with ECB ACO team at Edgbaston to ensure that
- ECB ACO running costs are within budget.
- ECB ACO Management Accounts are presented to the Board as required
- Outgoing invoices raised on behalf of ECB ACO are dealt with appropriately.
- (With Head of ECB ACO) the payment of invoices/expenses/ rebates are authorised and expedited appropriately.
- To be responsible for the ECB ACO’ Core Volunteer Workforce Directory
- To act as archivist for ECB ACO
- To perform other tasks as directed by Head of ECB ACO
PERSON SPECIFICATION
- Significant practical experience of administration including the taking of Board meeting Minutes - or the capacity to take Board meeting minutes.
- IT literate and competent in the use of Microsoft Office applications
- Experience of working in cross functional teams to ensure that solutions are consistent and integrated
- Strong evidence of building relationships and managing the performance of volunteers.

- Strong oral and written communication skills including report writing, minutes and delivering presentations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage a specific area of responsibility (eg budget lines: processes and projects). Attention to detail.
- Prepared to take on roles outside their normal functional responsibility when required.
