CRICKET JOBS: Anti Corruption and Security Admin - ICC (UAE)

The International Cricket Council (“ICC”) is the global governing body for the sport, which administers all aspects of international cricket. The role will be based at our headquarters in Dubai, and preference will be given to candidates who are already based in the United Arab Emirates.
We are currently looking for an Administration Officer for the Anti-Corruption & Security Unit (ACSU), who would provide administrative support to the entire Unit and, secretarial assistance to the General Manager of the AntiCorruption & Security Unit.
Principal Accountabilities
Responsibilities of the Administration Officer – ACSU include but are not limited to the following:
- Manage the deployment of the Anti-Corruption Managers
- Keep track of all match reports on a daily basis.
- Make travel and accommodation arrangements for all ACSU staff
- Handle all ACSU logistics during ICC Events, bi-laterals and contracted Domestic Leagues
- Organize and coordinate ACSU seminars
- Provide inputs for preparation of department budget
- Keep track of budgets based on monthly financial reports
- Undertake ad hoc project work and other duties when required
Knowledge, Skills, Attitude and Experience
- Graduate or equivalent with minimum 3 years working experience
- Ability to multi-task and well organised
- Willingness to take initiative
- The ability to assist in the preparation and maintenance of budget
- A strong and independent work ethic
- Outstanding verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
- Well developed administrative and computer skills, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Broad range of administrative skills
- Motivated, enthusiastic attitude and able to work creatively on own initiative.
- Good team player with a flexible approach.
Conditions of employment
- The position is based in Dubai and will report to the General Manager of ACSU.
- The selected candidate to furnish two recent work references.
- Compensation offered will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
