Lord’s Ground, the most famous cricket ground in the world, and generally known as the ‘Home of Cricket’ is the home of the Marylebone Cricket Club (the Club). Tours of Lord's give visitors the opportunity to go behind the scenes at MCC's historic ground, where they can see many of the most famous sights in world cricket.
The Club is now recruiting a Tours & Museum Assistant Administrator to assist with the co-ordination of and to provide support to the Tour Guides and Museum Steward teams. In addition, this role will carry out the day to day administration of Tours which includes ticket sales and bookings, greeting visitors, responding to email and telephone queries.
Required skills and experience
With some office and/or administrative experience, candidates will be presentable, well organised with proven customer service experience and good communication skills. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages and databases is also required.
Significant flexibility is required, especially during the cricket season, for working extended hours during the week and also during weekends and public holidays.
