Cricket Development Officer/High Performance Cricket Coach
An outstanding candidate is required for September 2014 to develop cricketon the Isle of Man through player pathway development at all levels, from grass roots to national and junior development sides. It is expected that the successful candidate will have gained a Level 3 coaching qualification and have undertaken at least 3 years coaching at this level.
The role would suit an individual seeking to build on their skills gained through coaching at county level of similar and who demonstrates an ability to motivate players to strive for excellence in their performance.

Candidates selected for interview will be invited to attend an assessment process which will include a practical coaching assessment, an informal discussion group and will be required to highlight suggested development proposals to drive cricket forward building on prior achievement.
