Northern Territory Cricket (NT Cricket) is the peak cricket body in the NT and we aim to unite, inspire and support all those who love the sport.
One of the key pillars of the Australian and NT Cricket strategy is to increase participation by creating effective connections between the classrooms, communities and cricket clubs of the Territory through the various grass roots, Indigenous, female, volunteering, coaching and umpiring programs that are run throughout the Territory. Reporting to and working closely with the board of directors – your primary responsibility will be to develop and drive Northern Territory Cricket’s strategy: to promote and develop cricket as a sport accessible to all across the region. This is a
key leadership position and a career opportunity that will allow you to combine your passion for sport with your professional skills and capabilities, including education and engagement, fi nancial management, collaboration, governance and government funding.
A key focus for this role is to capitalise on the major facility investments in both Darwin and Alice Springs and organise cricket’s delivery system for maximum and sustained growth. Under your leadership, NT Cricket will work closely with Cricket Australia, the Northern Territory Government and State Cricket Associations on the delivery of
signifi cant cricket events.

The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated track record in achieving success in driving growth in member based organisations. Moreover, preferred candidates will have signifi cant experience in working with Board members to deliver on corporate strategy, proven experience in marketing and membership growth, as well as a high level of understanding in the fi nancial management of incorporated associations.
