Cheam Cricket Club is seeking to fill the vacancy of Junior Head Coach for the 2016 season.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering a co-ordinated and progressive coaching programme for junior players, managing a team of coaches and helpers.

The Club currently has over 160 junior members from U7’s to U16’s. It is vital that the Club’s ethos of ‘cricket for all’ is central to the junior cricket programme and that the quality of coaching and mentoring allows young players to progress in line with their ability.

This job description outlines the responsibilities and accountabilities relating to this post and does not describe in detail all of the duties required to carry them out. Other duties may be required to be undertaken from time to time as directed by the Cricket Committee.
