Job Location: Essex Autogroup Graham Gooch Cricket Centre, Essex County Ground, New Writtle Street, Chelmsford, Essex, CM2 0PG

Contract Type: Casual

Hours: Hours will vary dependant on coaching requirements and availability

Salary: £17.00 per hour (Level 2) & £19.50 per hour (Level 3)

Role of Job:

To deliver cricket coaching in various areas within the Essex Autogroup Graham Gooch Cricket Centre

Job Roles:

• Coaching of One to One Sessions, Holiday Courses, Schools Course and Birthday Parties at the Essex Autogroup Graham Gooch Cricket Centre
• Any other coaching roles required by the Cricket Centre Supervisor

Person Specification:

Essential:

• An experienced coach with minimum ECB Level 2 Coaching Qualification
• A valid DBS Certificate
• A valid First Aid Certificate
• A valid Safeguarding Young Cricketers Certificate
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
• Flexibility in working during the daytime, evenings and weekends
• High standard of professional presentation
• Ability to work closely with customers, coaches and office staff
• A member of the ECB Coaches Association

Desirable:

• Experience of working in schools and grassroots cricket
