Cricket Tasmania has a fantastic opportunity for a Coach Education and Development Manager to join the Game and Market Development team.
The key role accountability is to develop, implement and manage coach education and development programs across Tasmania.
The scope of the role includes supporting the following areas:
- High performance, male and female programs
- Grade Cricket
- Junior Club Cricket
- Game and market development
- Coach accreditation
To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:
- Level 3 Coach accreditation
- An in-depth understanding of modern coaching techniques and methodologies
- Coaching experience within High Performance programs
- Experience and understanding of coach education programs
- Understanding of the development, implementation, and management of coach development programs
- Well-developed facilitation and coordination skills
- Exceptional administrative, planning and organisational skills
- High level interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Relationship building and stakeholder management skills
- Strong commitment to performance excellence
Reporting to the State Game & Market Development Manager, this full-time 2 year contract presents an outstanding opportunity for the successful candidate to play a key role in the on-going success of cricket in Tasmania.
