CRICKET JOBS: Coaching Position - Bucks CB (UK)

Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Cricket Boards (BBO)are going to be jointly running two Women's U23 Squads across the region.
Addressing the current gap in opportunities and strengthening the pathway between Youth County programs (ending at U17) and Senior County Squads.Berkshire, Oxfordshire and Buckinghamshire are also looking to work more closely in the running of their senior squads.
We are looking for:
- Head Coach U23 Thames Valley North Squad
- Head Coach U23 Thames Valley South Squad
- Assistant Coach U23 Thames Valley North Squad
- Assistant Coach U23 Thames Valley South Squad
General Objectives
Head Coaches
- Lead on the development of players within their squad in both training and matches
- Liaise closely with both the Youth County Age Group and Senior Squad Coaches within the Thames Valley
- Mentor both the players and assistant coach within their squad
Assistant Coaches
- Responsible for operations and communications with programme administrator and squads
- Support the Head Coach in the operations and outcomes of the program
Skills and Behaviors
- Experience of working with female cricketers
- Excellent interpersonal skills; Well-organized and punctual
- Able to demonstrate a flexible and dynamic; approach to coaching cricket
- Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders
- Ability to lead a team
- Ability to coach adopting a player-centered, high performing environment
- Open and approachable
Qualifications
- ECB Coaching Qualifications (Level 2.5 min for Head Coach)
- Member of the ECBCA (DBS, CP, 1stAID)
Program Structure and Remuneration
Draft structure of the program (Dec 2015)
- 4 two-hour winter indoor sessions per squad (£10ph-below ECB L2, £15ph-ECB Level 2&2.5, £20ph – ECB L3&above. [Sundays]
- 4 matches per squad (£75 per day Head Coach, £50 per day Assistant Coach). [Weekdays in July/August]

Oxfordshire Berkshire and Buckinghamshire Cricket Boards (BBO) are the local governing bodies for recreational cricket in the Thames Valley area.
