CRICKET JOBS: Cricket Coach and Project Manager - Cricket Asylum (UK)

The Cricket Asylum is recruiting a qualified cricket coach/project manager to join their full time team. This dual role will be split between cricket coaching and managing the charitable arm of the Cricket Asylum organisation. The successful candidate will be an experienced cricket coach able to deliver high level coaching in a range of environments, including one on one coaching with elite players, group coaching and primary schools. The management of the charitable arm will include securing funding through grants and sponsorships, thus enabling coaching to be delivered to people from diverse and under privileged backgrounds.

Role: Cricket Coach/Project Manager

Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: Negotiable
Responsible to: Head Coach
Essential Requirements:
- Minimum ECB Level 2 in Cricket Coaching or equivalent
- Experience of coaching elite players
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
- Good knowledge IT skills
- Motivated to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis
- Commitment to personal development
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
Desirable requirements:
- University degree in sports, coaching and/or business
- ECB Level 3 in Cricket coaching or equivalent
- Experience in business marketing
- Experience of writing successful grant applications
- Other relevant qualifications and experience
