Leicestershire & Rutland Cricket (LRC) are the Governing body for cricket  in  Leicestershire and Rutland  and as such administers all aspects of recreational cricket. Our Vision is to secure the future of cricket by inspiring people to choose and enjoy a lifelong involvement with the game. 

We are currently looking to recruit 2 x part -time Community Cricket Coaches to support the development team in delivering high quality professional cricket activities within Leicester City.  In particular the Community Coaches will help to expand the development work currently being undertaken through our South Asian Community and StreetChance cricket programmes.  The successful candidate will have experience of working within cricket/sports coaching, developing core sporting activities and increasing the number of children and young adults taking an interest in the game.

Candidates must demonstrate both team working skills and the ability to work unsupervised using their own initiative. You will be a self-starter with energy and enthusiasm together with good administration and organisational skills
