1. Job Summary The Head of Digital is responsible for the delivery of ECB’s digital strategy across all social media channels. The role will have joint responsibility to ensure digital becomes a future revenue stream for ECB.

2. Role Context/ Organisation Structure Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Digital, the role will have 4 direct reports and be responsible for a team of 8. 

3. Facts and Figures Responsible for £2m digital spend 

4. Key Working Relationships: All direct reports, commercial leadership team, ECB executive team, ECB leadership team, external agency partners. 

5. Principal Responsibilities and Accountabilities - Job specific 

• Develop and deliver a digital strategy for the ECB
• Revamp and establish ECB digital products as the destination for cricket fans 
• Create separate online identities for all our assets  
• Deliver a new revenue stream of £4m by end of 2017
• Build a high performing digital team  
• Build best practice digital techniques for ECB from content generation through to measurement and evaluation 
• Provide best practice digital tools for FCC’s

7. Person Specification

Minimum qualification

• At least 10/15 years Digital marketing experience.
  

Core knowledge/experience

• Experience of putting together strategic digital plans 
• Functional expertise in digital including technical expertise 
• Proven track record of delivering successful digital campaigns
• Experience of using CRM to drive results 
• Experience of managing teams and working in matrix organisations
