DIRECTOR OF CRICKET DEVELOPMENT AND HEAD COACH

As befits a founding member of Cornish cricket, celebrating its centenary, Penzance Cricket Clubhas recently published a new vision for the next decade.

Key within that, is the establishment of a cricket academy and a team of employed coaches tosupport all club sides. The DCD/HC will oversee the delivery of that vision on the pitch, havea seat on the newly formed Executive Committee, and be the single biggest influence on thepositive outcome of the ten year plan.

The Cornish Premier League club has exemplary facilities, including indoor and outdoor netcomplexes and is run by a team of people who believe that community engagement and developingand nurturing its own talent, are critical success factors.

This is an opportunity for an ECB Level 3 coach (or someone on route to that qualification) to workwith like minded people, in a truly beautiful part of the world, to create a lasting legacy for bothcricket and community. Cornwall's 2014 and 2015 Minor County successes has emphasised thequality of cricket in the county and this role will have a further halo effect, across the whole of Cornish Cricket.

Salary will not be an issue for the right candidate and the position comes with an incentive planbased on league performance and subsidised accommodation, in a spectacular setting.
