Main Objectives: To provide an efficient service to all visitors and staff. To deliver fantastic Customer Service at all times . Be responsible for ensuring all dining areas are kept clean and tidy at all times.
Working Relationships: Hospitality Manager Chefs Client
Duties & Responsibilities: To manage the General Assistants in the setting up of all catering areas ready for service To ensure that hygiene standards are met and exceeded Management Policy Cash Handling in adherence with Company Cash Management Policy Deliver exceptional customer service and attention to detail Undertake duties as requested by your Line Manager
Key attributes
Experience of working in a customer service environment Punctual Experience of cash handling General Catering Experience Smart, presentable and adhere to Company uniform guidelines
