CRICKET JOBS: GDO - NT Cricket (Aus)

NT GULF REGION – BORROLOOLA, ROBINSON RIVER, KIANA
AIM:
To work closely with Borroloola, Robinson River and Kiana schools and local Sport & Recreation staff to
deliver a sustainable community cricket program that engages all enrolled students at the three schools.
DUTIES:
• Deliver Extended Skills Program to Borroloola, Robinson River and Kiana schools
• Deliver out-of-school-hours in2CRICKET and T20 Blast programs for all enrolled students
• Engage at least one teacher in each school to become a School Ambassador
• Up-skill local Sport & Rec staff to build their capacity to deliver in2CRICKET and T20 Blast
• Carry out local preparation in the lead-up to the Barra Cup and the T20 Blast Barra Cup
• Lead the delivery of the Barra Cup and the T20 Blast Barra Cup
• Maintain detailed records of programs delivered with accurate statistics
• Maintain detailed records of all program expenses incurred during the program
Key Performance Indicators:
1. Deliver in2CRICKET and T20 Blast programs to all enrolled students at the three target
schools
2. Deliver the T20 Blast Barra Cup and Barra Cup with minimum 6 senior teams and 12
junior teams
3. Accredit local Sport & Rec staff for in2CRICKET and T20 Blast delivery
4. Provide weekly updates to Game Development Manager
5. Produce end-of-program evaluation report

Requirements:
1. Current Driver’s license
2. Computer skills – Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint
3. Cricket Coaching Accreditation – Level 1 or willingness to achieve
4. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
5. Understanding of and experience in community sport
6. Cricket coaching/playing experience would be advantageous
