CRICKET JOBS: Head Coach - MCC (UK)

Lord’s owned by Marylebone Cricket Club (“MCC”) is one of the most iconic sports grounds in the world, known as the Home of Cricket in the UK and beyond. It’s the largest cricket ground in the country, regularly selling out its 28,500 capacity for major matches.
MCC is currently recruiting for the position of Head Coach, taking responsibility for all aspects of coaching related to MCC and Lord’s.
Required skills and experience:
- Currently hold or be working towards their ECB Master Coach (UKCC Level 4)
- Highest level of cricketing knowledge and playing experience
- Wide coaching experience at all levels throughout the cricketing world
- Good knowledge of IT, financial and other MCC business functions
- Ability to lead, communicate and motivate to a high level
- Strong presentation and media skills
- Strong planning and budgeting skills and to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
