We are currently seeking a strong Management Accountant at Cricket Victoria. This exciting opportunity reports into the Financial Controller.
     
Key responsibilities will also include and not be limited to:
 

• •    Liaise with Senior Management and Budget Holders regarding:

-    management reporting
-    reforecasting
-    budgeting
-    long range planning, and
-    other analysis as required
 

• •    Deliver financial and non-financial insights that can create value
• •    Drive process improvement to create efficient & effective resource management
• •    Maintain integrity of finance systems
• •    Lead the budget and forecast process (data collection, consolidation and reporting)
• •    Lead monthly metrics reporting and escalate policy/procedure compliance
• •    Lead CA reporting (BBL, SRT, ACR)
• •    Assist with year-end and month-end processes
• •    Assist to with business cash flow insights
•  

Key Position Requirements

Essential

• -    At least 8 years of Finance experience
• -    At least 3 years of Management reporting experience
• -    Experience in analytical and insights reporting
• -    Solid stakeholder engagement and relationship building
• -    Proven experience in process improvement/continuous improvement
• -    Strong business intelligence (BI) experience
• -    Multiple stakeholder management

Desirable

• -    Leadership across peers and other colleagues
• -    Ability to deliver to strict timelines
• -    Strong self-management practices
• -    Proven experience in delivering to the Australian Cricket Values (below)

Qualifications (if required)

• -    B.Com/Business or equivalent
• -    CPA/CA/IPA Membership
