JOBS: Marketing Manager - Lords

A new opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Manager to work closely with the Head of Marketing to create and implement innovative and effective marketing plans, and to deliver the Club’s customer-engagement strategy. This role also includes assisting with the annual budgeting and forecasting process and working alongside key personnel to ensure brand consistency.
The Marketing Manager will also assume responsibility for delivering the day-to-day online and offline marketing and will also lead the marketing of all the Club’s products and services in order to optimise revenue and profitability.
With a passion and flair for creative marketing, the successful candidate will be customer and commercially focussed with a strong track record in a marketing management role as well as demonstrable experience of budgeting and financial planning. Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills are also essential, as he or she will be interacting with a diverse range of people with the aim of establishing long-lasting relationships.
Excellent written and literacy skills are essential along with some experience in copywriting, proof reading and creative writing. The ability to prioritise deadlines and organise workloads is key. Significant flexibility is also required for attendance on major match days and working extended hours, including weekends as required. Experience of working for a premium brand and/or in the sports industry is advantageous.
