The coach's focus will be on increasing performance within the BUCS Indoor and outdoor league and cup competitions, setting clear, achievable and competitive targets for the squad. The successful candidate must be available to lead and execute well planned and adaptable training sessions that clearly reflect the performance and development needs of the squad.

Exact dates of the training sessions are yet to be confirmed; however it's highly likely that training will run on Wednesday afternoons from September 23rd 2015 at Newham Leisure Centre through to April 2016 (22 sessions in total).

Practical interviews will be held on Wednesday 9th September 2015. Details of the interview will be sent out to all applicants who have been selected for the interview after the closing date.
