CRICKET JOBS: Office Allrounder - Cric HQ (UK)

This is an opportunity to join cricket’s most exciting organisation. We are expanding our UK operations to meet global demand and looking to hire a parttime Office Allrounder to provide support in the areas of office management, PR, events, marketing and communications. This position would be ideal for someone looking to work a minimum 25 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
Office Management
- Meet and greet visitors
- Provide admin support to the MD
- Arrange travel booking for domestic and international travel
- Order office supplies
- Arrange company and social events
- Manage all IT requirements
- Contribute positively to the general culture of the office Collation of monthly expenses
- To work closely with the central accounts function
PR and Communications
- To work closely with the central PR and Communication functions
- To create awareness and promotion of CricHQ through local media organisations in dedicatedareas
- Promotion through all social media channels
- Generate press releases
Marketing
- To work closely with the central marketing function
- To ensure that brand guidelines are adhered to
Events
- To work closely with the central PR and Communication functions To create awareness and promotion of CricHQ through local media organisations in dedicated areas
- Promotion through all social media channels
- Generate press releases
Desired Skills and Experience
- Relevant experience in Office Management, PR, communications, marketing and events roles
- Excellent relationship management skills and confident telephone manner
- Accurate and fast word processing skills
- Proficiency in all MS Office products
- Excellent level of attention to detail
