The WICB’s mission is to manage, develop and promote cricket to the benefit and enjoyment of the West Indian people and the world. The   Team   Operations   Manager   is   responsible for meeting  the  logistical,  operational  and  administrative requirements  of  the  West  Indies  Team  at  home  and overseas  and supporting  the  smooth  execution  of  the team’s movements and  contractual  commitments  to  a consistently high standard.
