The England Strength & Conditioning Coach will have responsibility for physical preparation delivery to the England men’s team players. The individual will contribute significantly to the physical preparation delivery within the England environment and work alongside the National Lead, pathways and County S&C coaches to ensure physical preparation of the England team players is quality assured when they are away from the team. The role will include extensive travel within the UK and overseas.

The England Cricket Pathways Strength & Conditioning Coach will contribute to the physical preparation delivery to all men’s England Cricket Pathway programmes as agreed with the National Lead for S&C. The role will include travel within the UK and overseas.
