A new full time position within the Operations team has been created for a highly motivated and professional Ticketing Coordinator. Reporting to the National Attendance Growth Manager, this critical role supports the National Ticketing Team as well as being responsible for the administration and fulfillment of key contractual and sales ticketing programs.
Key responsibilities:

• End to end administration of International and KFC Big Bash League Stakeholder Ticketing program
  
• Group Sales Fulfillment – ticket orders, printing and reporting
  
• Administer Executive Hospitality and Commercial Hospitality ticketing requirements
  
  

You will have demonstrated success in delivering exceptional customer service, partnered with uncompromising attention to detail and a professional and engaging approach you have the ability build a strong rapport with key stakeholders and thrive in this role.

Whilst direct experience with Ticketmaster or Ticketek systems is highly desirable, equally if you come from a systems or process background with strong administration skills we’d love to hear how you would adapt your skills and experience to this niche industry role!
