You are a talented event operations professional with a strong knowledge of cricket and cricket events, exceptional relationship management skills and an impressive work ethic who is keen to support a highly skilled and hardworking Tournament Operations Team during the coming summer of cricket.

Reporting to the Tournament Operations Manager, the role will be responsible for the project management, operational planning and match day delivery of a range of events such as the Underage National Championships, CA Domestic matches and Tour matches.

Key responsibilities:
 

• Lead detailed tournament development and planning as well as staff & volunteer engagement for the delivery of specific CA Tournaments and Matches as required
• Manage the day-to-day relationships with host State Associations and Venues
• Closely manage and report on event budgets
• Assess and report on tournament delivery metrics

You will have the ability to adapt to and manage relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders, exceptional attention to detail, the proven ability to manage expectations, as well as the ability to create strong working relationships in a short space of time.

A high level of Interstate travel will be required during the cricket season.
