• Conducted coaching sessions for girls of all age group at England Cricket High Performance Clinic, at Loughborough University, UK.

• Baroda Women’s Team Securing Runner’s Up position in All India 50 Over’s Championship (Plate Group), for the very first time - 2015-16 , reaching the T20 Qualifying Rounds for the very first time - 2015-16.Baroda Women’s U-23 Team Securing Runner’s Up position for the very first time 2015-16.
• West Zone U-23 Team securing Second Position under my coaching tenure – 2015-16.
• 2010-11 - Orissa Junior & Senior Women’s Team, first time qualified for the “All India National Tournament”.
• 2012-13 - Three women players from Orissa, first time represented Indian Women’s Team in 2012-13.
