You have a bit of talent, maybe a lot of talent. You know this because you have played some cricket, done well and been selected at representative level (perhaps this is county, region or a private tournament like the DPL). You are also probably captain at some level. The better players usually get the job.
You don’t know how far you can go in the game yet, but you do know you are better than average and so you know you have a shot at the big time be it IPL, county cricket, or even International, but only if you work hard.
