Cricket technology company miSport today announced a new addition to the PitchVision system that solves the problem of practicing under pressure and allows players to improve their game by practicing in more realistic conditions.

Ongoing research at the University of Western Australia is using PitchVision technology to find ways of making net practice more intense and realistic for cricketers.

miSport and Cricket Montreal have been working together to develop cricket in Canada through the PitchVision ball-tracking system. The Hawkeye-like technology is now being used by thousands of budding young cricketers in the Canadian Province, helping spread the gospel of cricket to a brand new audience of children.

A partnership between the cricket coaching website PitchVision Academy and the world-class coaches at WattaCoach has given birth to a new way to get the best coaching: Online Video Analysis.

At a rain swept London Oval in mid November six lucky miCoach readers were heading for a batting master class with one of England’s all time greats Mark Ramprakash.

Once again miSport showed their support to one of English crickets greats by attending the Owais Shah Kiwi Ace dinner in central London. With the presence of the England cricket team it really was a star studied line up. The evening enjoyed with friends and partners of miSport.

miSport recently hosted some of our friends to help support Matthew Hoggard in his benefit year for an evening of entertainment and celebration. Also in attendance was several of his England cricket team-mates both past and present also sporting friends, to help launch his benefit year in style. The Matthew Hoggard Benefit Year is supporting the 'Chance to shine' appeal.

The evening was hosted by Chris Cowdrey and also had guest appearances from Alec Stewart and Martin Bayfield (ex-England rugby) as guest speaker.
